職責Tasks: 1. Project planning and WBS and follow up and update, using Visible Planning 用 Visible Planning進行項目計劃，WBS跟蹤及更新 2. Regular project follow-up meeting, to follow up Open issues (lead the cross team to solve all technical issues, quality issues, capacity issues) 定期項目會議，跟進未完成事務(帶領團隊解決所有技術，質量，產能問題) 3. Regular project follow-up meeting with customer, Check and follow up all the request from customer 定期與客戶的項目會議，確認跟進他們的要求 4. Lead the cross team for internal Trial run and external R@R with customer 帶領團隊實施內部試生產，及和客戶一起做節(jié)拍生產 5. Lead the cross team for all the sample deliveries(M1, VP, HB, TT, PP, etc) to customer and sister company, ensure the Quality and keep the tracking traceability 帶領團隊完成客戶的各個交樣節(jié)點(M1, VP, HB, TT, PP, etc)，及兄弟公司對比交樣，保證質量和追溯性 6. Create and maintain the BOM and request for scalar item creation 創(chuàng)建并維護BOM，并及時提出要求創(chuàng)建在scalar系統(tǒng) 任職要求： 1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or material 本科及以上學歷，機械或材料相關專業(yè) 2 years or above project management experience in automotive industry 2年以上汽車行業(yè)項目管理經驗 3. Knowledge of CAD/CAM software.(AutoCAD will be perfect) 熟悉CAD/CAM軟件 4.Capacity to manage the project and to communicate with Japanese 能獨立負責項目并與日本客戶交流
